Up to 70% of interior damage to your home could be prevented with annual maintenance. The Bordner P.R.I.M.E. membership is a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for your roofing and exterior remodeling systems. Much like a smoke alarm, P.R.I.M.E. helps prevent major problems by alerting you before costly repairs or safety hazards occur in your home.
*Normal repairs are a 1 year warranty, P.R.I.M.E. members get a 2 year warranty on all repairs

As a member how quickly will you be able to fix my issue?
As a P.R.I.M.E. member you receive, “front-of-the-line” priority for your appointments, and scheduled projects, and we offer 24/7 call booking for your convenience.
Is there an age restriction on my home or roof, or does it have to be a Bordner installed roof?
There is no age restriction, we will service, any and all roofs on the P.R.I.M.E. membership.
Will I have to pay for inspections after signing up for Membership?
As a P.R.I.M.E. member your annual roofing inspections are FREE with your membership every year!
When do you perform roof inspections?
Roofing inspections are performance year-round. As long as it is safe for our craftsmen to inspect we can schedule them.
Can I setup monthly or Annual payments?
We have either option to assist with
the flexibility of your budget needs.
Do I need to call to schedule my inspections?
All PRIME services can be forward scheduled
