Up to 70% of interior damage to your home could be prevented with annual maintenance. The Bordner P.R.I.M.E. membership is a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for your roofing and exterior remodeling systems. Much like a smoke alarm, P.R.I.M.E. helps prevent major problems by alerting you before costly repairs or safety hazards occur in your home.
*Normal repairs are a 1 year warranty, P.R.I.M.E. members get a 2 year warranty on all repairs

P.R.I.M.E. Membership Frequently Asked Questions
What am I signing up for annually with Prime?
As a P.R.I.M.E. member, you receive comprehensive roof maintenance services including inspections, repairs, and priority scheduling. Benefits include a 20-point shingle checklist or multi-point tile inspection, caulking for exposed nail heads, resealing pipe collars, exhaust fans, and chimney flashings, leak checks, and loose shingle/tile securement. You’ll also get a whole home health check, maintenance reminders, 24-hour emergency response (when safe), and up to 30% off on repairs. Plus, enjoy a 2-year workmanship warranty on all repairs.
When is the inspection performed?
30 days from the contract date and initial payment.
Why is the annual more?
Administrative costs are lower for a monthly recurring subscription. We have passed these savings on to our customers.
Are P.R.I.M.E customers Auto-billed monthly on the same day?
Payments will be billed monthly on or about the same day each month.
As a member, how quickly will you be able to fix my issue?
As a P.R.I.M.E. member, you receive “front-of-the-line” priority for your appointments and scheduled projects. We also offer 24/7 call booking for your convenience.
Do you support older or newer roofs installed on my home?
There are no service restrictions on the number of years a roof exists on the home.
Will I have to pay for inspections after signing up for membership?
As a P.R.I.M.E. member, your annual roofing inspections are FREE with your membership every year.
When do you perform roof inspections?
Roofing inspections are performed year-round. As long as it is safe for our craftsmen to inspect, we can schedule them.
Can I set up monthly or annual payments?
We offer both options to assist with the flexibility of your budget needs.
Do I need to call to schedule my roof tune-ups?
As a PRIME member, we track and schedule when your annual roofing tune-ups are due. We will reach out to schedule the tune-ups. Any questions regarding scheduling can always be directed to www.bordnerprime.com, call, or text the P.R.I.M.E. Priority line at 816-987-6543.
Do I get a discount on other services as a P.R.I.M.E member?
There are discounts for repairs, replacements, remodels, and services.
Is anything else included along with the annual roof inspection for P.R.I.M.E membership?
Two-year warranty on any repairs and a lifetime warranty on new systems.
